Organizational structure as mirror of a new perspective

The intention to use property as a strategic resource requires efficient management tools. Thus, many companies have bundled their real estate-specific functions in a central organizational unit. None the less a few property management functions remain decentralized and are carried out by users or external parties, as far as quality and / or efficiency are contained and a clear assignment of responsibility and competence is assured.
